Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026 · Last updated September 14, 2026

Cordiv Media LLC (“Cordiv,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of the people who visit our website and contact us. This policy explains what information we collect through cordiv.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

What this policy does not cover. Cordiv operates consumer-facing websites under separate brand names. Those websites collect different information for different purposes and are governed by their own privacy notices, which appear on each site. If you submitted information through one of our consumer brands, please refer to the privacy notice published on that website. This policy also does not cover the practices of third parties whose sites you may reach through links from ours.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

If you email us, call us, or complete a form on this site, we receive the information you choose to share. That is typically your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message. We do not ask for, and this site is not designed to collect, sensitive personal information.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records limited technical information when you visit. This may include your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visit. We use this to keep the site working, understand general usage patterns, and protect against abuse.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and comparable technologies for essential site functions and basic analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refusing non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using this site.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you
  • To evaluate and manage prospective and existing business relationships
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Where we rely on a legal basis under applicable law, that basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent where consent is required.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent the personal information collected through this website, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We disclose information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Vendors who host our site, deliver our email, or provide analytics, security, accounting, or professional services. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cordiv, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets, subject to the recipient honouring commitments materially consistent with this policy.
  • With your direction. Where you ask or authorise us to share information.

4. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and then for any additional period required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations or to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifiable.

5. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Request a portable copy of information you provided to us
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, write to privacy@cordiv.com. We will verify your identity before acting, which may mean asking for information that helps us confirm who you are. You may use an authorised agent where the law permits; we may ask for proof of that authorisation. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

As noted above, we do not sell or share the personal information collected through this website. If you submitted information through one of our consumer brands, the privacy notice on that site explains the choices available to you there, including any right to opt out of sale or sharing.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by law, we honour opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control transmitted by your browser.

Marketing email

If you receive a commercial email from us, you may unsubscribe using the link in that message or by writing to us. We may still send you messages relating to an existing business relationship.

7. Children

This website is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

8. International visitors

Cordiv operates in the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read the privacy notice of any site you visit.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and where the changes are material we will take additional steps as required by law. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
