All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Domestic Orders (if applicable): 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs, courier services, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when your order meets the minimum purchase amount specified on our Site.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cordiv is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs procedures.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Cordiv is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@cordiv.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
