At Cordiv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the terms below.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items (such as personal care products, opened packaging, or sale items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@cordiv.com with your order details and photos of the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer misuse

5. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you must first contact us at contact@cordiv.com for the return instructions.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at contact@cordiv.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
